How to set the default Claim Type Option

Open the Claim Types window

Open the Claim Types window

1: Click Admin from the Menu.

2: Select Claim Types from the drop down list - the Claim Types window will open.

Select the Claim Type

1: Select the required Claim Type.

2: Click Edit - the Edit Claim Type window will open.

Change the setting

1: Select the General Setting tab - the General Setting window will open.

2: Select the Default Claim Type Option from the drop down list.

3: Click OK to Save the data and close the window.
