How to Run the Claims with Action Type Report
Open the Report
1: Click General from the Menu.
2: Select Reports --> Claims with Action Type Report from the drop down list - the Claims with Action Type Report will open.
Choose Search Criteria
There is a choice on whether to search:
1: The History or
2: The To Do List
3: Choose an Action from the pop-out list depending on your choice of Action or To Do.
4: Enter the To and From Date Range depending on your choice of Action or To Do.
Optional - Further selection is available
1: Selection can be reduced by ticking this checkbox to only include leads created in a date range.
2: To activate the date selection on the right, select Status Within Date Range from the drop down list. Also the list can be further narrowed by selecting a Status Group.
3: If required select a date range from the pop-out calendar.
4: If required, the status can be limited to a particular type or a particular status can be excluded.
Get results
1: In this example - Test Note in History between selected dates has been selected.
2: If required the search can be refined by selecting more criteria.
3: Click Display.
4: The selected list will be displayed.
Drag fields and columns
Placing the mouse pointer between the columns will allow the dragging of the cell, while holding the right mouse button, to make the column bigger.
Add or remove columns
By ticking or unticking the checkboxes at the bottom of the window, columns can be added or removed.
Schedule an Action
Once the selection has been refined as much as you want, you can Schedule an action to all items on the list.
1: Click the Schedule Action button - the Schedule Actions in Bulk window will open.
1: Select and Action from the pop-out list.
2: Select the Agent to Assign the Action to from the drop down list.
3: Select a date to assign to action from the pop-out calendar.
4: Tick the check box if you only want one action per client, or leave unticked if you want multiple actions when the client is repeated on the list.
5: Click Schedule to Schedule the Actions and close the window.
Export the Data
1: Click Export to export the displayed data into Microsoft Excel.
