Main To Do List Is Hierarchical
Change Config
To make the To Do list Hierarchical, the switch must be set in the config.
Open the Config
1: Click Admin from the Menu.
2: Select Config from the drop down list - the Config window will open.
Turn the feature on or off
1: To turn on this feature click the Main To Do List Is Hierarchical check box to turn on the tick. To disable this feature turn the tick off.
2: Click OK to Save the change and close the window.
Synoptic Claims will need to be closed and then restarted for this change to take effect.
Open the To Do list
1: Click the To Do button on the Side Menu - the To Do list will open.
2: The is a new box, "Drag a column header here to group by that column."
Drag a heading into the new box
In this example I dragged surname into the box.
Reveal the data
1: Clicking the +/- signs will reveal or hide the data.
Create another layer
1: Dragging a second or even a third heading into the box will create further layers.
Note: To return the To Do list to normal, drag the headings back out of the box.
