1: From the menu, click Admin.

2: From the drop down list, select Action Library - the Action library window will open.

1: Click the action to edit.

2: From the menu, click Edit - the Edit Action window will open.

1: Tick the Included in Auto Print/Email Job Filter checkbox.

2: Tick the Included in Daily Automation checkbox.

3: Click OK to save the details and close the window.

1: From the menu, click Admin.

2: From the drop down list, select Config  - the Config window will open.

1: Click the General tab - the General tab opens.

2: Click the Enable Automation Schedule tickbox.

3: Click OK to save the data and close the window.

NOTE: The software needs to be closed and re-opened to activate this.

1: From the menu, click Admin.

2: From the drop down list, select Automation Schedule - The Automation Schedule opens.

1: Select the times and interval you want the Actions to run at.

2: Click OK to save the data and close the window.

1: From the menu, click Admin.

2: From the drop down list, select Users - the Users window will open.

1: Select the user to edit.

2: Click Edit - the Edit User window will open.

1: Click the Permissions tab - the Permissions window opens.

2: Tick the Automate Actions checkbox to make Daily Automation visible or off to de-authorise it.

3: Click OK to save the settings and close the window.

After changing permission settings for a user, the user will need to log out and log back in again for the change to take effect.

1: When permissions are set correctly, the Daily Automation checkbox is visible or not visible depending on requirement.

When an authorised user ticks the daily automation checkbox, any task set for Daily Automation will be run.

Note: The actions will only run according to the schedule if the automation checkbox is ticked.
