System Overview

Synoptic Claims is a very powerful management tool. It has the ability to manage multiple claims for multiple clients and to communicate to clients and financial institutions by letter and email; both automated and by command.

It will keep track of letters and emails sent and received and prompt agents when phone calls or other actions are required.

 

The very basic steps are as follows:

1: Create a client.

2: Take details of their claim or claims.

3: Run Actions linked to documents, tasks and reminders that will manage the claim to it's completion.
