How to view claims based on changes in Status over a Date Range
This report will only function correctly if the status log has been activated - please click here for instructions.
Open the Claims With Action Type Report
1: Click General from the Menu.
2: Select Reports--> Claims with Action Type Report from the drop down list - the Report window will open.
The report window is displayed with the Status section showing "Current Status Only"
Results are based on the current status of claims regardless of when the status was changed
Change this to "Status within Date Range
This enables the From and To Date pickers and allows you to select a date range.
The results of the report are now based on when the status was changed regardless of the current status of the claims
