How to Delete Items from the To Do List
Select items to view.
If required, select some search criteria. Click here for further instruction.
Delete 1 Item from the To Do List
1: Click Item to be deleted.
2: The Delete button is deactivated.
3: To activate the Delete key tick the Allow Deletion check box.
4: Click the Delete Action button - the Item will be DELETED.
5: If deleted in Error, click Undelete - the deletion will be ABORTED. You may need to click the To Do button on the left Menu pane to refresh the list.
Delete a selection of Items from the To Do List
1: Select the first item to delete, then holding down the CTRL key, click the other items to delete. As the orange highlighter moves to the last item selected, other items in this selection are marked in yellow.
2: To activate the Delete key tick the Allow Deletion check box.
3: Click the Delete Action button - the Items will be DELETED.
5: If deleted in Error, click Undelete - the deletion will be ABORTED. You may need to click the To Do button on the left Menu pane to refresh the list.
Delete a group of items from the To Do List
1: Select the first item to delete, then holding down the SHIFT key, click the last item to delete. As the orange highlighter moves to the last item selected, all items between the first and the last are selected and are marked in yellow.
2: To activate the Delete key tick the Allow Deletion check box.
3: Click the Delete Action button - the Items will be DELETED.
5: If deleted in Error, click Undelete - the deletion will be ABORTED. You may need to click the To Do button on the left Menu pane to refresh the list.
