How to Add, Change or Delete Sub Claims Statuses to/from the drop down list
Open the Sub Claims Statuses window
1: Select Admin from the Menu.
2: Select Sub Claims Statuses from the drop down list - the Sub Claims Statuses window will open.
New Sub Claims Status
1: Click New from the Menu
2: A New Sub Claims Status will be created.
Edit description
1: Click the new item description and edit as required.
2: Click OK to save the changes and close the window.
Edit a Sub Claims Status
1: Click on the description of the Sub Claim Status that requires change, and type the new description.
2: Click OK to save the change and close the window.
Delete a Sub Claims Status
1: Click the item to be deleted.
2: Click Delete to delete the item.
3: If deleted in error, click Undelete to ABORT the delete.
4: Click OK to close the window.
