How to Add to, Change or Delete a Sales Advisors to/from the drop down list

Open the Sales Advisors drop down list window

Open the Sales Advisors drop down list window

1: Click Admin from the menu.

2: Select Drop Down Lists --> Sales Advisors from the drop down list - the Sales Advisors window will open.

Add an Advisor

Add an Advisor

1: Click the New button.

2: A new entry is created.

Edit the Name

Edit the Name

1: Click the new entry and type the Advisor's name.

Repeat the clicking of the New Button to add more advisors.

Save changes

Save changes

Click OK - the window will close

Edit an Advisor

1: Click on the Advisor to be changed and type the new name.

2: Click OK to close the window.

Delete an Advisor

Delete an Advisor

1: Click on the Advosor to be deleted.

2: Click Delete - the Advisor will be removed.

3: If deleted in error - Click Undelete to reverse.

Close Window

1: Click OK to close the window.
