Questionnaire Answers in Conditional Actions

This feature enables you to use Questionnaire Answers as conditions when running Conditional Actions.

Note: This only applies to Yes/No answers, or Drop-Down answers.

Config

In our example, we are going to set up an action to run if one of two conditions are met. Either that in the client's questionnaire he has answered "No" to the question "Have you claimed before?", or that the claim has never been in the status "Closed - Successful".

Click Admin > Action Library > New

Fill in the General tab for your new action. This action will fire off another action, if the conditions we set are met.

Run Now tab > New > the Conditional Actions box will open.

1. Choose which action will run under the conditions.

2. Choose Run Option. In our example, we would only like the action to run if one or more of the rules are met.

3. Add a Rule. We will be adding more than one in our example.

4. Add a Condition. Multiple conditions can be added under one rule. If this is done, both conditions have to be filled in order for the rule to be met.

1. When adding a condition, the first Drop-Down box will display options, one of which will be Questionnaires.

2. Choose from the drop-downs to complete your rule.

3. Here we have added the rule, in the Questionnaire for that claim, they have answered "No" to "Have you claimed before?"

If another rule is to be added, click "Add" to add another Rule, and then "Add" the conditions.

We added that the Claim should never have been in "Closed - Successful" Status.

Click "OK" to save.

Introduced in Version 2018.11.4.5306 released on 8/11/2018.
