How to create/change Default Answers to a details Questionnaire for a claim type
What are Default Answers?
When a Details Questionnaire is opened, some of the boxes are already filled in with data that can be added to, changed or deleted.
Open Claim Types
1: Click Admin from the menu.
2: Click Claim Types from the drop down menu - the Claim Types window will open.
Select Claim Type
1: Select Claim Type.
2: Click Edit - the Edit Claim Type window will open.
Add/Change Questionnaire Default Answers
1: Click Q'naire Detail Default Answers tab - the Default Answers window will open.
2: Type the required default answers in the correct boxes to correspond to the questions. To set questions, see here.
3: Click OK to SAVE changes or Click Cancel to ABORT changes.
